These Terms of Service govern your use of PickPath Shopping, developed by Sowell Solutions Studio and operated by Sowell Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance
By using PickPath Shopping, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the application.
2. What PickPath does
PickPath is a personal shopping organization application that helps you create lists, keep track of stores, and organize items based on user-provided and learned locations. Routes are guidance based on your entries, not guaranteed navigation or live store maps.
3. Permitted use
You may use the app for lawful personal and household shopping activities. Do not misuse the application or attempt to compromise its supporting services.
4. Shopping and route accuracy
Product availability, prices, store layouts, and item placement can change. PickPath does not guarantee route accuracy or shopping outcomes. Pay attention to your surroundings and follow store rules while shopping.
5. Your shopping data and backups
The current version saves shopping information locally. You can export a backup manually and import a backup when needed. Importing replaces the current installation's database rather than combining two databases. You are responsible for preserving and securing the copies you choose to export.
6. Price and features
The current PickPath release is free to use. Future optional features, such as household synchronization, may be offered under additional terms and payment disclosures before purchase. No subscription is required for the current core functionality.
7. Availability and updates
We may improve, modify, or discontinue application features. Updates may be necessary for functionality, compatibility, and security. Because data is stored locally, you should keep backups when moving devices or reinstalling.
8. Intellectual property
PickPath branding, original content, and software belong to Sowell Solutions LLC or their applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PickPath is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. Nothing here limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sowell Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of PickPath. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as PickPath evolves, with notice of material changes where required by law. The effective date above identifies the current version.
